The world wants to hear you SING!

Recitals are an amazing way to break out of your comfort zone and do what you’ve ALWAYS wanted to do!

“Recital?! That sounds terrifying…”

Performing can be so scary! And at the same time, it’s also something we want to do as singers. That’s why my recitals aren’t your typical recital. They’re more like “performance opportunities.” Instead of going to an open mic night or a karaoke bar, you can bring your friends and family to a recital and show them what you’ve been working on in a room full of people doing the same thing as you.

And yes, they are 100% OPTIONAL!

FAQs about Recitals

Do I have to do one?

1

No! These are 100% optional. You can opt in once you feel ready to perform, or never do one at all!

What do the themes mean?

2

Themes are just for dressing up, inspiration, and fun. Most people don’t follow the theme when it comes to picking a song, but they’ll dress in colors that relate to the theme sometimes. Some examples are flower crowns for Spring, Halloween costumes, and ugly Christmas sweaters.

Do you have an age limit for recitals?

3

It’s the same as my age limit for teaching. My recitals consist of 95%-100% adults.

Can I play an instrument?

4

Yes! I have people play guitar and piano while they sing. I also play guitar and piano for my students, or we can always do a backing track.
